Shipping and Returns
Sydney Cash Register Warehouse makes the very best effort to ship your order either the same day or next day to when your order is placed.
If your business resides in the Sydney Metro Area, this means that you should receive your order the same day if not the following day
depending on the time in which the order is placed.
All Orders incur a flat rate Shipping and handling fee of AU$22.00 Including GST which is usually delivered via courier.
Multiple ordered items will still be charged at a total maximum shipping rate of AU$22.00
Please note: For security and fraud reasons we do not ship to PO Box addresses.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure they can accept the deliveries and provide a signature as proof of delivery if required.
Whilst we take care in packaging the goods for delivery, it is your responsibility to
ensure there are no breakages or missing items at the time of delivery.
By signing for a delivery, you are accepting that the order is complete and intact.
There are circumstances where the orders may turn up partially and we ask that if this is the case,
please email us and we will notify you as to when you may expect the remaining of your order.
Please note that this is very rare but can sometimes happen but we assure you that your order will be filled as purchased.
Prior to returning of any products, you must contact us for Authorisation.
Products which are returned without authorisation may be declined and returned to sender.
All damages or claims must be filed with the carrier (if damage is noted at the time of delivery).
We will be more than happy to assist you if this unlikely event should occur.
All warranty claims are back to base with the expense of the customer.
We will have to goods sent back to you repaired but do not cover freight expenses for warranty repairs.
Please contact us if you wish to make arrangements for this.
Please select your purchase items carefully, as once a product has been paid for, and goods received in working order,
you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange
(Exceptions to this are at the discretion of Sydney Cash Register Warehouse Management).
Returned goods (after our approval) due to incorrect order or change of mine will incur a re-stocking fee of 15% of goods total.
Freight is not refunded in any circumstance.
All Returns and Breakage Notifications much be made within 7 days of Delivery.
